Discriminated when moving to a new country!!!

These people are indigiuos that have been
discriminated.
When people change to a different country is really hard because they have to get use to a new lifestyle, culture, language, and new people. It’s even harder if discrimination is one of the biggest problems in that country. Today my blog will be about people moving to a new country where discrimination is a big character. A lot of people move to a different countries to have a change in their life but in some places this reason is not enough so people move to their country and decide to discriminate. Discrimination is a problem in the whole world. In Mexico City there is a lot of discrimination against Indigenous (people that are native Mexican). In channel 54 programs called lo que callamos las mujeres is a program that talks about the woman’s rights, how some woman break the silence and talk how they are discriminated. Well in this program a case was shown which was a case of an indigenous the women’s name was Maria she had her boy friend and a baby on the way. Maria and her boy friend where going to live in the city, and were waiting for the bus that was going to take them to Mexico City, her boy friend went to buy food. Just then a lady gets close to Maria and tells her if she can take care of her suitcase, because that she had been robbed but was nervous so she wanted to go to the ladies room to wash her face. Maria said sure meanwhile cops where looking for the lady. The cops saw Maria talking with the suspect and accused her of complicity of drug dealing. But Maria didn’t know what was in the suitcase. The cops took her in and since Maria did not know how to read and write the cops discriminated her and made her sign a paper where she declared that she was guilty and had to do with drug dealing. The lady of the suitcase was not in jail instead of Maria. This is a case where I can’t believe that native Mexicans are discriminated by the same Mexicans just because they weren’t thought to read and write. But thanks to those that care about indigenous and are against discrimination helped out Maria. My question is what makes a person different if it’s just that the person was thought and was born in a different place? A person is still a human even though the person has different cultures and different language. A person that discriminates does this because the discriminator feels bigger and better than the victim. Discrimination is a bad way to treat a person, and if this problem keeps on growing instead of a peaceful world we will have a world full of hate.
